Wisconsin inmates train service animals
BLACK RIVER FALLS, WI (WOLO) – Inmates at a prison in Black River Falls, Wisconsin are training service dogs for disabled community members.
Jackson Correctional Institution partnered with a local service dog group, which says it has a long waiting list, and prison officials were looking to implement a new rehabilitation program.
