State Lawmakers vote to postpone budget talks

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – South Carolina Lawmakers have paused their discussion on how to utilize the state’s budget.

South Carolina has an $8 billion spending plan.

Officials from the Senate and House voted to postpone until later next month.

They say they are aiming to have a budget report ready by June 27.
