Katie Arrington out of ICU, continues recovery from crash

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – Congressional Candidate Katie Arrington, who was seriously injured in a car crash last week, is out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

A spokesperson for Arrington says she was transferred out of the ICU at the Medical University of South Carolina and is continuing to recover.

Arrington was a passenger in a head-on collision on June 22nd.

The driver of the car was seriously injured, the other driver, 69-year-old Helen White died from her injuries.
