Court suspends Solicitor Johnson’s law license

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – Court officials suspended the law license of 5th Circuit Solicitor Dan Johnson Tuesday.

Johnson currently faces state and federal charges. He along with his communications officer, Nicole Holland, are accused of using public funds for personal expenditures.

Back in June, Johnson lost his primary bid for a third term in office.
