Five Points offers locals another safe Halloween opportunity

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) –  On Halloween night, families made their way to Five Points to celebrate the holiday in a place they know is safe.

Businesses in Five Points stayed open late for families so they could hand out sweet treats to all the little monsters running about. Stores and restaurants in the area also offered sales and promotions throughout the day.
