65 adopted for South Carolina Adoption Day

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – South Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Donald Beatty authorized four judges across the state to preside over adoption proceedings on Monday.
In cases initiated by the South Carolina Department of Social Services, 65 children were adopted into 45 families.
Sumter County Judge George McFaddin heard his 50oth adoption case on Thursday during the proceedings.
