Richland County launches “Neighborhood Toolkit” program to guide the community through beautification efforts

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Richland County Neighborhood Improvement Program guided their “Neighborhood Toolkit” program to help guide the community through beautification efforts throughout their neighborhood.

The Neighborhood Toolkit is a three-day course and helps those who take the course help improve their own community.
