Hearts for Inmates organization rally for policy change for incarcerated inmates

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Hearts for Inmates rallied at the State House to call for action of policy changes that affect people of color, including expanding parole eligibility for no-parole offenses.

The organization hopes the changes would restore hope to persons incarcerated and their families.
