AG, other law enforcement oppose medical marijuana in SC

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–The state’s law enforcement leaders re-affirmed their opposition to medical marijuana at a news conference Wednesday afternoon at the Statehouse.
State Attorney General Alan Wilson and several other police chiefs and sheriff’s announced today their plans to fight the bill known as the Compassionate Care Act.
The Republican-backed measure would legalize marijuana for critically ill patients.
