Delays at major airports due to air traffic control staffing shortages

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The FAA says there were delays in Washington and Jacksonville related to staffing issues because of the government shutdown.

Protesters were at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport on Friday on behalf of the federal employees who missed their second paycheck due to the shutdown.
