Donation drive held to help Allen Benedict Court residents

COLUMBIA,SC (WOLO)- In an effort to help the more than 400 displaced residents of Allen Benedict Court, people in the Midlands came out to a donation drive at Drew Wellness Center Saturday.

The drive was put on by different radio stations and organizations in Columbia.

City council member, Ed McDowell, represents the district and says he is proud to see the community come together for people who are in need.
