Report: SC still ranks worst among domestic violence, but improvements being made

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Members of the South Carolina Domestic Violence Advisory Committee discussed its annual report at the State House Wednesday morning.

In recent years, South Carolina has ranked among the 10 worst U.S. states when it comes to domestic violence.

This year, the state went from topping that list to sixth place.

Leaders say though this is an improvement even though a lot of work still needs to be done.
