Ft. Jackson staff sergeant will serve 18 months after killing two and injuring six others

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A Fort Jackson staff sergeant who pleaded guilty to running over a group of soldiers killing two and injuring six others was sentenced today.

Sergeant Andrew Marrow Will will serve 18 months in the Charleston Naval Brig

In October 2017, Marrow was driving a truck when he fell asleep behind the wheel and ran into the soldiers in training.

Yesterday, Marrow pleaded guilty to two counts of negligent homicide and one count of dereliction of duty.
