City of Columbia offers new affordable housing loan program

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – The City of Columbia’s Community Development Department announced their new affordable housing loan program.

Officials say the program will help a greater number of applicants become homeowners by offering a low down payment, and closing cost assistance.

The Department is marking more than 45 years of building communities.
