RICHLAND, S.C. (WOLO) – Richland County deputies say a previously missing teenager from Elgin has been found safe this morning.
Authorities say Stevena English, 13, was last seen leaving her home on April 13 around 2:45 a.m.
Investigators made the announcement that she was found safe after 8 this morning.
