Teachers in North Carolina hit the street in protest

Raleigh, NC (ABC) — For the second year in a row, teachers rallied in North Carolina Wednesday May 1st, as rallies took place here in Columbia, S.C.
Teachers who participated were rallying for more support staff and a $15 dollar minimum wage among other things.
Thirty one school districts in North Carolina closed in anticipation of teachers being out for the rally.
