The Gulf Coast braces for Tropical Storm Barry

(CNN) —-The Gulf Coast is bracing for a Tropical system that could become a hurricane.

This was the scene in New Orleans Wednesday where many are dealing with widespread flooding days ahead of landfall.

The National Hurricane Center predicts Tropical Storm Barry will form in the Gulf of Mexico by Thursday and strengthen to a Hurricane by Saturday. It’s expected to make landfall in Louisiana.
