CAYCE, S.C. (WOLO) — The Cayce Department of Public Safety say firefighters have contained a house fire on Oakland Avenue in Cayce.

Officials say the fire happened Thursday night on 1235 Oakland Avenue.

According to investigators, no injuries were reported from the fire.

Authorities say the immediate area around the structure fire was shut down for hours.

Cayce DPS say the cause of the fire is under investigation.
