Ford and workers come to tentative agreement to end three day strike

(CNN) — Ford has struck a tentative deal to avoid a strike with its workers.

The United Workers Union and Ford reached an agreement after just three days after talks of a labor union began. A big contrast from General Motors who lost nearly three billion dollars from a six-week strike.

Meanwhile, Ford’s deal still needs to be approved by the United Auto Workers Union before it can go into effect.
