Milling elected to Richland One School Board

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Richland School District One has a new board member.

New Year’s Eve was also election day for voters in District One.
Attorney Jonathan Milling won Tuesday’s special election.
he replaces Darrell Black who resigned in September.
He will be sworn in January 12th.
