Sumter County deputies arrest a man accused of attempted murder

SUMTER COUNTY,  S.C., – Sumter County deputies have arrested a man accused of attempted murder.

According to investigators, on February 2nd, Jerel Heriot injured a man and damaged several vehicles during a shooting at a bar on Peach Orchard Road.

Deputies also say he’s facing multiple charges for the shooting.
