“Dandy car” parade for 9-year-old’s quarantine birthday surprise

(WOLO) – When Nate Snodgrass imagined his 9th birthday party, odds are he wasn’t picturing a day spent in quarantine because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Thanks to his mom though, dozens of cars joined in on a birthday parade.
