3 North Charleston officers face disciplinary action

The officers were caught on camera throwing handcufed man into a wall

(CNN) — A police department in the low country has determined three of its officers were not following proper policies and procedures when a handcuffed man was thrown into a wall.

The incident happened earlier this month and was caught on video.
the North Charleston police officers are now facing disciplinary action.
