RCSD investigate robbery at Waffle House on Broad River Road

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Richland County deputies are investigating a robbery at a Waffle House late Monday night.

Officials say it happened around 11:58 p.m. at the restaurant at 2345 Broad River Road.

Deputies say two men entered the business and demanded money.

They say when confronted by a patron, one of the suspects fired two shots, then both of them fled the scene.

Authorities have not reported any injuries.
