State flags at half-staff in memory of former state representative

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Flags flew at half-staff across the state Tuesday to honor a former state representative.
Governor Henry McMaster’s office says the flags were lowered in honor of Floyd Breeland.
After serving in the US Army and spending decades as an educator, Breeland represented Charleston in the House of Representative for 16 years.

Representative Breeland passed away August 11th.
