Witness signature no longer required for mail-in voting

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– After South Carolina legislature passed a bill allowing all voters to vote by absentee last week, a federal judge has now struck down a notion which previously required mail-in ballots to be signed by a witness.

All absentee ballot applications must be in by October 24.
