Businesses around the nation prepare for possible Election Day protests

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Businesses across the country are taking steps to secure their stores from possible protests upon the election outcome.

In places like New York, Indianapolis and Texas, windows are being boarded up as owners fear the chance of looting on Election Day. One business in New York, I Lock New York, has helped secure over 30 businesses, and says they are receiving calls from stores even outside of the state.
