Richland Co. deputies hand out gift cards to drivers

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– On Thursday, the Richland County Sheriff’s Department was handing out more than speeding tickets. Deputies surprised drivers with Outback gift cards. Deputies say the gifts are a way for them to connect with people in their community.
