City of Columbia employee of 50 years presented with Key to the City

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Columbia Mayor Steve Benjamin held a virtual presentation Monday to present the Key to the City of Columbia to Oscar Davis. Davis has worked as an employee of the City of Columbia for 50 years as a part of the Columbia Solid Waste Division. He was first hired on December 1 in 1970.
