As vaccine distribution begins in the U.S., coronavirus deaths top 300,000

CNN– As the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine from Pfizer and BioNTech make their way across the United States, Johns Hopkins University reports over 300,000 virus related deaths in the United States.
