President-elect Joe Biden receives his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– President-elect Joe Biden received his first dose of the coronavirus vaccine on Monday. The president-elect and future First Lady Dr. Jill Biden received the Pfizer vaccine at a hospital not far from their Delaware home.
Biden got the shot on live television as part of an effort to show Americans that the vaccines are safe.
