WWII veteran receives special surprise on his 102nd birthday

CNN– A 102-year-old World War II veteran hasn’t been allowed to have visitors in his retirement home for nearly a year due to COVID-19. On his birthday, his friends decided to bring the party, and a special tribute, to his front yard.
