Coronavirus pandemic has caused U.S. life expectancy to lower by over a year

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– One research group says the pandemic is hitting the United States so hard that it’s lowering the average life expectancy.

According to a study by the National Academy of Sciences, the average life expectancy has now been reduced by one year and six weeks.
