Mayesville man charged with burglary, damaging property after business break-in

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Sumter County deputies say a man is in custody after a break-in last week. Investigators say, on January 21, Jehrode Hodge broke into a business on the 4800 block of Florence Highway and caused $2,000 worth of damage to a door and the building’s air conditioning unit.
Officials say Hodge is charged with burglary and malicious injury to property.
