Former SC AG says ‘Heartbeat Bill’ could face years worth of hurdles

The Fetal Heartbeat Bill may have passed, but say it could stalled for some time before a final court decision

(CNN) — Former South Carolina Attorney General Charlie Condon believes it could take up to two years before the palmetto state’s fetal heartbeat bill could have a final court decision.

As Elijah Brand reports for us this evening  Condon says Roe V. Wade would need to be modified for the state to be able to constitutionally uphold the bill.
