Prosecution fights to reinstate third degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin

CNN– Jury selection begins next week in the trial of the former Minneapolis police officer accused of murdering George Floyd. The prosecution is fighting to get one of the charges against Derek Chauvin reinstated.
