Study ranks SC as seventh least safe state when it comes to COVID-19
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– South Carolina still ranks among the least safe states in the country when it comes to COVID-19, but it is no longer at the top of the list. Back in December, a survey by WalletHub ranked the Palmetto State as the second least state in the country. Now, the same survey found South Carolina as the seventh least safe state.
The survey was based on criteria such as vaccination rate, positivity rate and hospitalization rate.
