SCSO: Man accused of holding victim inside a vehicle and assaulting her

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Officials with the Sumter County Sheriff’s office are searching for a man, accused of holding a female victim inside a vehicle against her will while he assaulted her. They say it happened on April 23.

33-year-old Terrance Barno is wanted on charges of domestic violence and kidnapping. Authorities say his last known address is on Old Manning Road. Officials say Barno has brown eyes, black hair, stands at 6’1″ and weighs approximately 188 lbs.
