Columbia leaders unveil new mural on Main Street

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– New art is now on Main Street! Thursday, Columbia Mayor Steve Benjamin and City Council members held a public art dedication ceremony at the site of the new mural at 1401 Main Street.

The artwork by Ija Charles focuses on celebrating African American business. The title of the mural “The Pursuit of Opportunity”.
