Some real estate warning against the trend of writing “buyer love letters” to home owners

CNN– The housing market is hot, and real estate agents are seeing an uptick in so-called “buyer love letters” to the seller to make their offer stand out. Some agents, however. are saying such letters can pose a serious problem.
