Man shot and killed by police during arrest in the Upstate

CNN– In the Upstate, officials say a man was shot and killed by at least one deputy while the officers were trying to arrest him. Matt Kaufax has more on the incident that neighbors say is unlike anything they’ve seen in their quiet community.
