SCDMV changes policies due to spike in COVID cases

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– The spike in cases of covid-19 is impacting how the d-m-v does business.
According to the agency, starting Wednesday August 25th, masks will be required for all road and skill tests.
Then as of this coming Monday August 30th, skills test for a regular drivers license will be available by appointment only.
