Death toll from Ida climbs and millions are still without power

CNN– Team SC is on the ground in Louisiana, helping with relief efforts after Hurricane Ida. More than a million residents there are still without power, and the death toll from the storm is rising. Now a tropical depression, the danger is not over for those in the storm’s path.
