Executive order in Texas bans vaccine mandates

CNN– New COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations and deaths are steadily falling. Top health experts believe we may be out of the Delta wave after Thanksgiving, and they are crediting vaccines. Despite the good news, they warn now is not the time to let off the gas.
