Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– A spokesperson for Richland Co. School District says two Hand Middle School students were taken to the emergency room Tuesday after reportedly getting sick after eating gummies.

School administrators are investigating but Columbia Police say a 14 year old has been charged with possession of hash oil.

District spokesperson Karen York says she is told the students are now home and doing well.
