NAACP introduces program to address racial indifference in local law enforcement

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Columbia Police Department and Richland County Sheriff’s Department will take part in scenario-based role playing to address racial indifference. It’s part of a new justice reform program announced Monday at Benedict College.
