Forest Acres PD swears in newest K9 officer

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Forest Acres Police Department is going to the dogs. The newest K9 Officer Jax was sworn in to the department Wednesday.

Jax and his Handler, Officer Kory Mayo both recently completed their training and received their certification.

The ceremony was held during Wednesday’s Forest Acres Town Council meeting.
