Darlington County man files lawsuit against corrections officer after being tased multiple times

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WPDE)– A Darlington County man is bringing legal action against a corrections officer after he was tased twice, once while he was handcuffed.

ABC’s Tonya Brown obtained body camera footage of the the incident that lead to criminal charges against the officer.
