Richland Library closed Friday for inclement weather

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Richland Library says all locations will be closed Friday, January 21, due to expected winter weather in the area. Officials with the library say its locations will open on a delayed schedule Saturday at 12 p.m.

Online resources will still be available at www.richlandlibrary.com.
