Each state’s favorite Valentine’s Day candy

CNN– Valentine’s Day is just a week away and the type of candy you get from your valentine might depend on what state you’re in. Candystore.com released a list of the most popular Valentine’s Day candies for each state.

People in 12 states prefer candy hearts, including California, Florida and South Carolina. 16 states, including New York, Tennessee and Colorado, favor heart-shaped boxes of chocolates. Nine states preferred M&M’s, including Iowa, New Jersey and Maryland.
